Pleasant tastes start with ancient flavours, but it is the curiosity and creative experimentation of our Chef that exalts the aromas and flavours of the refined and tasty dishes. The primary ingredients of the table initially poor, like Parmigiano Reggiano, Lambrusco, Balsamic Vinegar, Nocino, acquire value and become the leading actors in their skilful hands.
