* Friday afternoon: arrival at the hotel, LOCAL DINNER in our restaurant "Il Correggio" (local wine included)
* Saturday morning: departure for a VISIT TO THE DAIRY FARM (about 3.5 km) where the Parmesan cheese of protected origin denomination is produced.
* With a plaid and a PICNIC BOX provided by our Hotel, you will be free to make a break for lunch in the countryside among the vineyards on your way for a visit and tasting to the WINE FACTORY that produces Lambrusco wine (3.6 km) .
On your way back (3.3 km) you can MAKE SHOPPING in the renamed Veroni salami factory (excellence of mortadella).[/A]* Return to the Hotel where you will take advantage of a 10% discount in our restaurant
* Sunday morning: VISIT TO THE VINEGAR FACTORY (3.6 km) where the Balsamic vinegar of Reggio Emilia of protected origin denomination "is made". Then, if you are not so tired… we recommend you a walk among the city monuments.
