... Cooking lessons to learn about the Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia and its use in cooking… (min. 2, max. 6 participants).
Where ? In a splendid and newly restored factory for the production of balsamic vinegar in the heart of our countryside. The teacher? Miss Carla, the factory's owner, an excellent housewife of a greatly proved experience… The participants, under the supervision of Miss Carla, will prepare either a complete menu with a basis of balsamic vinegar, starting from the appetizer to the dessert or, upon request, our stuffed pasta … (to be decided when making the reservation.)The lesson will last for about three hours and the tasting of all the dishes prepared will round off the course.
During the guided visit to the factory you will discover also the real history of the Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia, CRADLE OF THE OLDEST Balsamic Vinegar that goes back to our beloved Matilda of Canossa… that is to say 1000 years ago…
